The following terms used in these conditions carry specific meanings:

• It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. vvb8 will not be liable for any consequences arising from sharing them with another person.
• The account may only be used by the registered person. Allowing a third party to use the account is not permitted.

Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

Deposits

The following methods may be used to deposit funds on the vvb8 platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. Deposited funds are generally added to the account within a few minutes.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. However, in some cases the verification process may take longer.

• Withdrawal requests must be made using the same method that was used to make the deposit.

Bonus and Promotion Terms

Welcome Bonus

New members at vvb8 have the opportunity to receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10x, meaning winnings can be withdrawn after placing bets totalling ten times the bonus amount.

Betting and Gaming Rules

General Gaming Terms

Various types of games are available on the vvb8 platform, including cricket betting, live casino, slots and fishing games. All games are operated following fair play principles.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless vvb8 itself takes action under special circumstances.
• If any game or bet outcome is affected by a technical error, vvb8 reserves the right to cancel that round.
• Any form of manipulation, use of bots, software exploitation or attempting to gain bonus advantages as a group is strictly prohibited.

• For live sports betting, the official event result will be treated as final.

Special Sports Betting Terms

For sports betting on cricket (BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL), football, kabaddi and other sports, if an event is cancelled or suspended the bet outcome will be determined according to the decision of the relevant sports governing body. In the case of a partial match, separate guidance will be provided by vvb8.

VIP Program and Cashback Terms

vvb8 has three VIP tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Each tier provides weekly cashback benefits.

• Bronze tier members can receive up to 0.3% cashback per week.
• Silver tier members can receive up to 0.5% cashback per week.
• Gold tier members can receive up to 0.8% cashback per week.
• VIP tier advancement depends on the user's overall activity and engagement on the platform.
• Cashback will be automatically added to the account at a set time each week.
• The applicable rules must be followed before withdrawing a cashback amount.

Prohibited Activities and Restrictions

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the vvb8 platform. Violating these prohibitions may result in permanent account cancellation and forfeiture of all balances:

• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transfer of funds.
• Operating games using bots, automated software or artificial intelligence.
• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses or promotions.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another user's account.
• Exploiting vulnerabilities or bugs in the platform's systems.

Account Suspension and Cancellation

• Evidence of an account being used by a minor.
